This method will increase your soul power call KUNDALINI and build the Nectar and other product of enzyme and energy. this will use for foundation or fundamental base for meditate and samadhi. So with this power you will be able or can go inside of 2 this method so you can feel the quality and can give you a good effect then give you a true power of yoga when meditate and samadhi.
